Amir Maglajlija a.k.a. Espada, originating from Bosnia & Herzegovina, began producing music in 2011., but he was already DJ-ing a couple of years prior to that, using vinyl and turntables. His first releases on labels such as Mile End Records and Lapsus Music were a blend of organic tech-house, but since then his music has stylistically evolved towards more experimental areas of house and electronica. He also actively produces music with one of his friends, Adis (Globox, Soulman Music), and the tracks coming out of this collaboration resulted in both vinyl and digital releases, some remixed by known names such as Denis Horvat (Upon You, Noir Music). Espada is currently awaiting a vinyl EP on Pathway Traxx, with remixes by ManooZ and Kezla.
