Up-and-coming musician FLAVVIO aka Flavio Rocha is a multi-faceted DJ and producer who travels between Classic 90s House, Detroit Techno and Electro, always emphasising the melodic side of underground electronic music. “Look to the future while paying respect to the history of electronic music” is his motto. After several releases on labels like SINCOPAT, Pogo House Records and Plastik People’s Dub City Traxx, he’s now ready to unveil another set of classic melodic electronic tracks with his new EP “Trip To Juno” on Japanese label Unknown Season. Expect a mix of classic drum machines and synthesisers in a modern, melodic format. As a promoter, he organizes a monthly after-hour party based in Sao Paulo called VCO: After-Hours, where he invites an influential local DJ every month to play alongside his long eclectic after-hour vinyl DJ sets.
